Q2 2026: 312 Households Stabilized This Quarter
Our second-quarter numbers are in — 312 households stabilized, 47 families closed on their first home, and 198 clients placed in employment across Maricopa County.
PRC Integrated Care Services closed the second quarter of 2026 with 312 households stabilized — the highest single-quarter figure in the organization's history. The milestone reflects both program expansion and a record number of referrals from our growing network of community partners across Maricopa County.
Of the 312 households, 47 families completed our Pathway to Homeownership program and closed on their first homes, representing $1.4 million in down-payment assistance secured through Arizona's Home Plus program. An additional 198 clients were placed in sustained employment through our Education & Employment program and the Arizona@Work WIOA system.
Our Care Navigator team — now 14 strong — carried an average caseload of 28 households each, up from 22 in Q1. We are actively recruiting to grow that team ahead of Q3 intake.
