2025 Annual Report: Our Biggest Year Yet

PRC Integrated Care Services has published its 2025 Annual Report, documenting the organization's most productive year since inception. Across all eight programs, PRC served 4,200+ households, secured $3.2 million in down-payment assistance for first-time buyers, and achieved a 92% housing retention rate at twelve months — the highest in the organization's history.

Highlights from the report include: 680 first-time homeowners counseled and placed through our Pathway to Homeownership program; 1,100+ clients placed in sustained employment through Education & Employment and Arizona@Work; and the launch of our registered pre-apprenticeship track, which will formalize in 2026 as a full Apprenticeship Program.

The report also documents PRC's financial health: 87 cents of every dollar received went directly to program services. Operating reserves stand at 4.2 months — above the nonprofit best-practice threshold of three months. PRC received unqualified audit opinions for the fifth consecutive year.
